Yeah it’s a pain to get to work. Proton VPN seems to work with it. I don’t know of another way
Its OK when I’ve used it but I generally stick to text
I guess I’ll go back to matrix? I wish it was a little more polished
I use a VPN but you might look into portmaster and their spn. Its a little slow but even using portmaster without the spn you can filter your traffic and simply deny most apps access to the internet
Revisiting the archives, Hoek realized this common paraphrasing featured a misinterpretation that flew under the radar until 1999, when two scholars picked up on the translation of one Latin word that had been overlooked: quatenus, which means “insofar”, not unless.
To Hoek, this makes all the difference. Rather than describing how an object maintains its momentum if no forces are impressed on it, Hoek says the new reading shows Newton meant that every change in a body’s momentum – every jolt, dip, swerve, and spurt – is due to external forces.
There’s no way this could backfire
You could install Portmaster or something similar but VPN+portmaster don’t always get along as they are both fighting for dns
Personally the home workout route never worked for me. I’m sure there are a ton of people that it has worked for but I need a routine. Having a set time to go to the gym without distraction is really what broke through.
It your looking for apps to track progress check out fitnotes for exercise tracking and OmNom Notes for diet tracking. Took me a while to find good non sleazy apps
