The day I started learning Regex was the day I felt like I was really learning computers. I went from 2 hour tasks to 15 minutes.
I doubt you’d even be able to reasonably explain what they are let alone how they work to the average person outside the Millennial generation.
I fear AI data processing will replace much of the Regex skill set. Why learn Regex when the computer just does it for you… 🙄
Not on Voyager at least. Maybe Voyager has a bug?

Awesome. Can’t wait to get pulled over for driving normally.
So I’m also in this crowd, and I’ve also given my gender as a cishet man lots of consideration. I genuinely don’t identify in the real world ultimately as a woman and don’t really wish I’d been born female. I’m more in the crowd of it just being a different experience or perspective that isn’t otherwise available to me.
If I could easily flip between two universes where I could be either man or woman, I’d be interested, but only if it was reversible. I wouldn’t want it to be permanent.
And this isn’t from the perspective of being gender-fluid either. I wouldn’t want any of that in my current life as it exists right now.
Except that a PDF isn’t dynamic. You’d be locked to whatever the page/text ratio was on every unique screen size. Not to mention all of the accessibility you lose because you can’t use a dyslexia-friendly font or increase the font size for bad eyesight.
That’s all before we get into the performance hits. EPUB certainly has its place in the market.
Yeah, you can build a 1440p native/4k upscale build for like $1000 if not less. I don’t understand what the demand for these cards is. What games benefit?
Anecdotally, I’ve almost never get pulled over in traffic, but the one time I was pulled over, I was doing 76 in a 65 at 5 AM with no other cars on the road and otherwise driving completely fine.
I guess he was bored. Or an asshole. Or both.
Edit: Fixed my paradox
Just as evil are the pages that don’t let you select text or pictures for copying.
