trivia: Frankie Muniz, who played Malcolm in Malcolm in the Middle, has been a professional race driver since the show ended. He started when he won a celebrity race his TV production company (surprisingly) let him drive in. A few years ago there a rumor circulated that he no longer remembers being on the show, due to head injuries from car crashes. But according to him this was a conflation of things he said about getting concussions (mostly from childhood play), and constantly working on the show from about age 8 to 18 without ever actually watching finished episodes.
There was also an episode of Criminal Minds where he plays a character with significant memory loss.
