A loophole enables the generators to be used for 364 days without a permit.
So they…… complied with the law. How is that illegal if it’s legal?
Saying it’s illegal is a better headline. Also, I believe it was illegal, you just have 365 days to comply before legal action can take place.
Edit: I read the article. It is illegal. Still looking for an actual source on this but it seems in Tennessee a company can operate a mobile power plant for no more than 365 days without permit. Likely in case of disaster so people could still have power while they get the main plant back online. The article says it’s a “legal loophole that allows turbines to run without permits if they are not fixed in one location for more than 364 days.” But I think these are housed in permanent structures, so illegal either way.
Doesn’t this idiot own a company that makes solar panels and back up batteries? 🙄
Should be illegal, but they are doing it legally by exploiting a loophole. Disgusting.
Just like people never really sell drugs. Instead the person donates money to someone & they donate something back. Do you expect the court to accept that argument? If not then don’t let them get away with similar arguments.
Is it xAI or xA1?
I’m not using any of his shit
